Overall experience was fantastic. Outstanding experience completing my FREC3 with instructor Jane at TL training. Pre-course communication from Louise in the office is clear, concise and helpful. My course was held at their Ellesmere Port training centre which is immaculate, easy to access with free parking. Jane is a warm friendly & competent instructor with vast front line experience so extremely knowledgable in both theory and practical aspects.Would definitely use TL training again for further development.

Rang to see if they do individual training for VNA and they said “they only go to customer sites” simply asked if they’ve got any ideas of who could since I’m willing to pay out of my own pocket to get my own license and puts phone down straight on me so customer service is shocking.

Great place to train for your forklift license. Ian, our instructor, was a very knowledgeable guy. He was friendly and you could have a good laugh with him. He explained everything in detail. The trucks are clean and work well. The facilities are good, and the training area can get a bit noisy with reversing buzzers, but in all it is a great place. I would highly recommend TL Training.

I've worked with TL Training twice now, once for counter balance and once for Reach truck. I had the same instructor, Jay Southern, for both and I must say it was brilliant both times. Really in-depth detailed training. They'll go over any mistakes being made and make sure that you correct yourself so you can pass. Really happy with both courses and will be booking again for any further training and refreshments. Cannot recommend enough.

I've recently passed my car to class 1 HGV test with TL Training ! I came across TL Training via an advert on social media offering a very competitive package to get my class 1 license. I emailed my interest and got in touch with Dave in the office who was very helpful and informative on what stages of the course their would be as i was unsure myself.Throughout the whole process the communication from Dave via email was excellent and answered any questions i had very promptly, he done all the booking of things for me which made my life easier !The online revision material i was given access to was very good in prepping me for my theory, hazard perception and cpc tests where i passed all 3 first time.When it was my time for doing my week long lessons towards my test I had instructor Craig who was very informative and thorough when teaching me. He also answered the many questions i bombarded him with about my test and remained calm with me whilst teaching me. Any mistakes i made he pointed out and advised me on them which i learnt from. The whole week was made enjoyable and relaxed and i really enjoyed the whole experience. I passed with 1 minor from the Wrexham/Llay test centre.The whole process has been made a breeze for me by TL training i cant thank them enough from Dave in the office to the instructors Craig and Cal ! I've definitely found my new career path in truck driving i love it !I have and will recommend TL Training to anybody i know looking at getting their class 1 or class 2 !Thanks again guys,Scott A

Messed me around from start to finish , then took 7 working days to process a refund after stating it would take 5. Passive aggressive emails constantly but then refuse to reply if you become aggressive yourself.Fully expecting them to reply to this and tell me how it was all my fault even though they agreed it wasn't until I wanted compensating.

Recently finished my FLT training went as an exprienced driver, I was trained by Gwynn who was an excellent trainer who made sure I understood the course, he left no stone in turned and covered everything that I needed to know, he was brilliant when it come to high rack load and unload he gave me advice and taught me how to unload and load on to high racking where i was most nervous about doing. Amy Ashton was the lady i spoke to originally, very professional, clear, concise, friendly, cost effective, efficient. Did a 2 day counterbalance existing operator course.Absolutely fantastic trainer! Wayne was very very good at explaining the techniques and the reasons behind them. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Looking forward to doing my instructors course soon.

Refresher course for my counter balance flt license. My instructor was wayne. No pressure learning and relaxed approach to the training.

Had my counterbalance training this week. Passed it today which very pleased with, instructor wayne was outstanding throughout the week very nice guy and teaching technique was impeccable. Couldn't fault the trainer or week of learning. 1 day reach truck course Monday hoping it will be as good as it has been this week. Thanks again Wayne and TL Training.

Hi just finished a 5 day Novice Counter Balance Fork Lift Training course today,Could not fault the instructor Wayne Jones really top notch!Excellent stuff makes you feel at ease and great at training,I would highly recommend if you are looking at learning to drive a forklift truck thanks WaynePaul Barrett

Would like to thank the admin team for such a pleasurable experience, I have successfully passed C and CE with a great instructor, Mr Paul Rigby, he is very experienced and knowledgeable with lots of tips of the trade for when I start in my trucking career. Attended all 5 modules here for CPC.( First class instructor,and yes you do learn something new all of the time ) CPC is not a waste of time, it reinforces what the experienced and not so experienced truck driver already knows and you are updated on current legislation. I attended the 3 day First Aid at Work course with TL Training and found it really informative. The instructor was fantastic and made the course really interesting and relatable. I would definitely recommend TL Training for all of your first aid training requirements.

I’ve just completed a five day Driver CPC training course with TL Training this is the second time I’ve taken the course with them so I’m good to go now for another five years . I came over from Ireland to use TL Training as I remember from years ago that the trainer Simon Paxton was probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met to do with LGV/HGV vehiclesAnd I’d just like to say I would wholeheartedly recommend Simon and TL Training to anyone thinking of taking there Drivers CPC Course or any other Related Driver training so thank you for a pleasant week of training and All the Best from Mark Cleary

I have just completed my cpc training, class 2 and class 1 with TL Training,3 weeks altogether and I'm finished.Plus I passed my class 1&2 on my first tries, and it was all thanks to the professionalism of TL Training,Especially Paul Rigby the trainer, he was fantastic, shown me everything I needed to know.The girls in the office were brilliant, Jeanette was amazing with me, sorted everything for me, I did not need to do a thing, it was all sorted for me.Thanks guys, thanks to TL Training for such an easy experience when I thought it was going to be so tough, and thankfully it was not.

I did a weeks training for my CPC. Expected death by powerpoint but it was really interesting. Simon Paxton was our trainer and he is very knowledgeable and gave real life stories of things we were learning. Spent extra time for me understanding tacho and working time directive. Would highly recommend LT Training. Will be using them in future for my renewal of the card.Thanks also to Amy and the behind the scenes staff. Made the whole thing easy from start to finish. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks again :)

I'm currently doing my training and my trainer is brilliant he isnt rushing me or pressureing me he is following proceedure instead of rushing the course to get everyone through I'm learning the understandings of how a forklift works and the theory side of things couldnt be more greatful for having Phil as my instructor just brilliant

TL Training are absolutely amazing at what they do, cannot fault them one bit at all. All the office staff are nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. The new instructor is excellent and really knowledgable, and patience too. He helped through to pass my Catagory C+E license. I would not hesitate to recommend TL Training to anyone who is looking to undertake their HGV-LGV Licences.

After deciding to have a career change from teaching I opted to go for my HGV! After phoning round 4 training companies I came across TLTraining and after speaking to Jeanette who was helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable I just had to go with them. From day one they were amazing! I started in the Easter school holidays doing my class 2 ( c) rigid with Craig Farnsworth. I had NO idea what to expect. From day 1 he made me feel relaxed and important! After 4 days training I was ready to do my test on the 5th day..... I PASSED first time due to his instruction and professional manner.Knowing I wanted to do my Class 1 (C+E) artic I booked in straight away, again with Craig. He was brilliant ( I'm not the easiest of people!) Again, Craig was patient and professional. After my training it's safe to say I PASSED! With only 3 minors !I would like to say to ALL involved in my training that you are all a credit to your company and Boss. A fabulous well oiled team!Craig, Jeanette, Amy, Karen and Claire you've all taken a part in helping me set up my new career and giving me the confidence to achieve and to that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.Thank you5* Training CompanyI hope to do more training with yourselvesFLT I think may be next along with a few others you do !!!
