First Aid At Work Re-Qualification Course

This course is designed for qualified first aiders who would like to renew their first aid at work qualification.

Qualified fist aiders must re-qualify every 3 years in order to meet the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Re-qualification can take place up to 90 days prior to expiry of current first aid certificate and up to 28 days after expiry. A copy of the delegates current first aid certificate is required for proof of re-qualification.

All successful candidates will be issued with a level 3 award in first aid at work, which will last for a period of 3 years.

This extensive 2-day course will cover a broad range of first aid emergencies which will refresh the knowledge of first aid principles and techniques. In addition, should there have been any change to protocols during their initial qualification, then this will be brought to the student’s attention.
